These homes are gorgeous and affordable. Their assistant manager Ms. Keyasia was very informative. She didn't try to rush me off like most rude complexs. Great place to live.

Undee the new management of Ms. Virginia Crawford, you can see awesome leadership with empathy and professionalism. I can now confidently call Prairie Luxury Townhomes a REAL HOME. Both management and maintenance crew smile at you and makes you feel like family. Look no further if you want a place to call home. Pick up the phone and call Ms. Virginia. Her lovely response alone will make you want to be her tenant (but she never calls us tenants, she calls us family). She's my MANAGER OF THE YEAR & her crew, MAINTENANCE TEAM OF THE YEAR hands down.

The pricing is great! Even for the space compared to where we moved from. Haven't used the amenities and haven't had maintenance come just yet. So over time we will see. But thank God for this place! The inside is great, comfy and so far not bad.

I really enjoyed staying at the property. My first couple of years were rocky due to management issues. The management now is great. They care about the residents and property. I definitely recommend them!

I'm so happy that I was able to move to Prairie Estates. Moving is never easy but the office team made it so pleasant and delightful. I'm smiling on the inside out thinking about how sweet and wonderful the women in the office are and how respectful and hardworking the men maintenance are. I was referred by my church member and I will continue to refer people to Prairie Estates. God bless you and my new home.
